José Octavio Guillén is a recognized expert in organizational assessments and development. He gained his expertise as a former Court Administrator for various small and large Superior Courts in California and from his participation in United States-sponsored judicial reform projects in Afganistan and in nine 1 Latin American countries including Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, and Columbia.
As a coach, mentor and organizational development consultant, Mr. Guillén helps individuals and organizations solve problems while increasing productivity and morale.
He was a key organizer of the distribution by Rotary Clubs of more than $1.4 million in grants to businesses and individuals affected by the 2017 fires in Sonoma County. He also served as a court administration consultant for the U.S. Department of State’s funded project for strengthening the judicial training and education of the Colombian justice system in 2019. For both public and private organizations, Jose Guillén is a go-to resource in change management, organizational development, creation of highly productive teams, and coaching and mentoring for continuous improvement.
